WE ARE LOCAL! We take enormous pride in serving the people and City of Chico. As a family owned, independently operated real estate office we are a hands on company that knows our clients and community well. Not only because we are professionals, but because we probably once had a BBQ down the street with old friends or remember when that big building on the corner was an empty lot. We, like many locals in the area, are proud to say Chico is our hometown! Just like the trees that grow in Bidwell Park, our roots are deep here in Chico. We are personally invested and connected in Chico real estate and it is our utmost pleasure to serve this community.
